Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@noorvida.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled or damaged item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately at this time, we are NOT able to accept returns based on buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection or size exchanges because every item is printed on demand and custom made for each order. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. We do not offer refunds for such reasons as well.
Digital Products
Because of the nature of digital downloads, we do NOT offer refunds for the fillable products, printable products and digital downloads on our store. We are however open to helping you access and manage the digital products.
Amazon Products
Eligibility for Returns: You can return KDP books within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original condition.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please visit the “Your Orders” section of your Amazon account. Find the order containing the KDP book you wish to return and select the option to return or replace the item.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and processed by Amazon, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
Customer Support: If you encounter any issues during the return process or have questions, please feel free to contact Amazon Customer Service for assistance.
Please note that we are unable to process returns directly through our website for KDP books, as they are fulfilled by Amazon. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding!
