Returns & Refunds
- If we accidentally send you a wrong or damaged item, we would ensure to send you a replacement or refund depending on your choice, provided you contact us within a week of receiving the product.
- Unfortunately at this time, we are NOT able to accept returns based on buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection or size exchanges because every item is printed on demand and custom made for each order. Kindly review our size charts for products before making your order. We do not offer refunds for such reasons as well.
- Because of the nature of digital downloads, we do NOT offer refunds for the fillable products, printable products and digital downloads in our store. We are however open to helping out with special requests or any queries based on such products.
Custom Fees (For physical products)
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, which depends on your country of residence. Such fees may be based on factors like the value of your order or your country’s limit. Noorvida does not take responsibility for possible fees.
